Christian Sam-Morris is an Environmental Geologist at Green Vital Environmental and Engineering Consultancy in Sierra Leone. He earned a first-class degree in Geology from Fourah Bay College in 2024 and was the best student in his department. Since joining Green Vital, he has led environmental monitoring for several companies. He has also helped prepare Environmental Social Management Plan, Environmental Social and Health Impact Assessment, Waste Management Plan, and Mine Rehabilitation Plan for companies in the country. Before then, he trained at the National Minerals Agency, where he worked on geochemical exploration and data management. He knows how to use mapping and data software like ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth Pro, and SPSS. He wants to use his geology skills to solve environmental problems.
