Emmanuel Sahr Ngaujah is the Health and Safety Officer at Green Vital Environmental and Engineering Consultancy in Sierra Leone. He has a bachelor’s degree in environmental chemistry from Njala University. Since joining the company in 2023, he has worked on environmental and safety plans, risk assessments, and audits for mining and industrial projects. He also monitors air, water, and noise pollution, develops emergency response plans, and trains workers on safety and chemical handling. Before this job, he did research on groundwater quality near mining areas and worked as a lab intern at his university and a hospital. He is skilled in environmental monitoring, lab analysis, safety auditing, and basic computer programs.
